Back Order Policy

If we are unable to fill your order, we will contact you to address the problem and work out an appropriate agreement.

Shipping and Handling Policy

We ship all orders within 1 business day using FedEx 2nd Day or Home Delivery.

  • FedEx 2nd Day delivers in 2 business days.
  • FedEx Home Delivery delivers within 3-5 business days, depending on distance to the shipping address.

Damaged Goods Policy

Our products are packaged to ship safely. Very rarely damage may occur. If your product is damaged in shipping please contact us at sales@relishandjam.com and replacement will be made.
